• Management fee of 8% + G.S.T. on all rent received.
  • Free property inspection at the end of the first month of a new tenancy.
  • Thereafter recommended 3 monthly inspections – $50 + G.S.T. (includes photographic maintenance reports and online access to your latest statement.)
  • Disbursements will be charged on a discretionary basis at 5% + GST of presented account with prior consultation with you.
  • Tenancy Tribunal fee of 8% + G.S.T. on all arrears awarded by the tribunal, plus the Tenancy lodgement fee of $20.44

We are committed to our premium level of service. We are keen to resolve issues and intend to make contact with you within two days to advise of any incidents affecting your property or current tenancy.

We will respond to telephone messages, emails, faxes and post immediately it is practical to do so.

We will not arrange any repairs to your property without your prior expressed approval. If an emergency repair is required and you are unable to be contacted we will not go above your pre-approved disbursement (Unless the repair is defined as urgent under the Residential Tenancies Act 1986).
